Let's make a better world!

What will you tell when I ask you about "your group"?
And what will you tell when I ask you about "their group"?
Most people will say only the good about themselves and bad about the others.
But.. Have you ever think how it can possibly happen? And why do people usually think positively about themselves but negatively about others??
Everyone can notice differences and similarities among others, and then they classify themselves. We may even don't realize that we classify ourselves, but it really happen! Just remember how many times you think that you are better than the others. I think classifying is why people think that they are the best and the others are not. It is also the reason why stereotypes emerge.
Stereotype is one's idea about someone because of they belong to one group. It can be harmful when the people are too fanatical to their group.
What can we do to get rid or it?
It's true that we're all different. But differences make perfect! We have to put in our mind that everyone's just the same! All of us have the same rights, to do what we wanna do, and also to be loved. Here's one thing that I learn from a song lyric: "It don't matter if you're black, white or yellow, if your brown or red. Let's get down to that, love is color-blind. You're my brother, you're my friend, all that matters in the very end is to understand love is color-blind"

See? We have to understand that the right way to see people is not from their physical appearance. We have to see their behavior to understand what they are really like. Never judge a book by it's cover!
:)

"in all things, to all colors, always be kind!"

. packing problems .

If I have a chance to travel around the world, my choice is to have a safari adventure in Africa. I want to go there since I was a child. I love animals, and I'd love to go there for I really want to see the wild animals in their natural habitat. It sounds so great and challenging! I really love it!  :)
For the adventure is to hot sunny place, the top 10 things that I have to bring is:
1. hat, to protect my head from the sun
2. sunblock, to protect skin from being burned
3. sunglasses, to make me see clearly in the hot place
4. first aid kid, in case i have an injury in a remote place
5. camera, to take some pictures to memorize
6. laptop, to connect to my friends and family when i miss them
7. money
8. visa
9. passport
10. ID card, of course

I really want to bring many things with me when I'm not home, but may be the most important thing that I always bring anywhere I leave my home is a camera. I love to take pictures when I go to a new place. Especially when I go to a beautiful place, or when I go with someone special. Photographs provide us with great memories. When I see again those pictures I took in the past, they always remind me about that moment, and it's really fun to see those pictures again and again. besides that, it can  sometimes makes me laugh when there's a picture which is taken accidentally and the snapshot is really funny.
I think showing some pictures is a good way to tell anyone else about my life stories too, and  I can also tell my children in the future about my life clearly by showing those pictures.

Everyone Can be a Teacher!

Everyone can be a teacher for us. Yes! Everyone!
I find that we can learn anything from every single one. Even from someone we don't ever now before, they can be our teachers.
I learned many things from others. But over all those people, the one who teach me so many valuable things is my beloved boyfriend, Rio..
I don't know how to tell everything i got from him, the only thing I can tell is: he teaches me to be a better person. He always reminds me to be patient, wise, diligent, and many more. Besides that, he also helps me a lot in my study. But the most important thing is, he makes me grateful for everything I have in life. Tough he also make some mistakes sometimes, I consider them as lessons for both of us. Nobody's perfect, are they? Both of us learn from each other. In learning you will teach, and in teaching you will learn
Over all, I just want to say that he makes me a better person!
I really thank God for him!

here is the beginning of this blog...

frankly speaking, it never cross my mind that I finally make a blog..
this is my first blog, and it's especially made for miss Karina (sorry if I made a mistake in typing your name miss, haha ^^), my English teacher in ICEE at Sanata Dharma University.
Everyone in her class have to make a blog to do the task that she is going to give every week for this semester..
sooo... this is it! I made this blog to fulfill the task.. It is also the reason why I write this blog in English..
I know that my English is not very good, but I do hope that my blog can be useful for everyone who read it..
    GBU all..
